In a letter on January 8, 2010, Chair Shirish Chotalia (who was newly appointed by the Conservative Government on November 2, 2009) vacated all tribunal hearing dates for January and February 2010 and has apparently decided to hear Canada's motion to dismiss the tribunal. Read more...

- Write to Member of Parliament and to Prime Minister Harper and demand that the federal government withdraw its motion to dismiss the tribunal and let Canadians hear the facts! Please copy us on any emails or letters info@fncaringsociety.com.
